Internet Connection Sharing. My 2 cents on that - When the PC that is running ICS has ANY problem, you get a telephone call. I would insist on a hardware NAT firewall. Linksys has one for under $100 and they work great, we run SonicWall but they are more $$$, 3com makes the as well (which is a SonicWall under the decal).

It does not use a fixed IP address or one that is reachable from the Internet. The modem is an Alcatel Speedtouch. There is an excellent hardware based solution available, but can this be done with software only? Thanks. Regards, Adrian Cooper. What is the best way of sharing that ADSL connection across the netwok?
