Copy it to a network share than copy it to the new PC. Copying the \<USERID>
from under \Documents and Settings\ (Make sure you show hidden files before
copying) works as well.

Thank you for the answer. But my question is how to copy the profile to
another PC not to another user.

How do you copy user's profile from one PC to another PC?
In another word, what should I do to make sure the user has the same
setting, configuration, and software on the new PC?
