We have been using Open Relay Filter Enterprise Edition for about 3 weeks and love it - www.vamsoft.com. It costs $99.00. It is installed on our DMZ machine that is our primary MX record and has W2K Server. But then again, we did not want to install anything more on our Exchange 5.5 server and did want to out-source.
