Im going to use that to see if I can get something more to go on. Dell
support is free even if the system is not under contract ?

  The "Open Manage Array Manager" should be more helpful.

  Again, call Dell support.  They provide hardware support for the life of
the machine.  You paid for it.  Might as well use it.
