Can't you do a start min?
In another bat file have this

Start /Min bat.bat
exit

Bat.bat contains
Dir c:\ /b
exit

Create a shortcut to the batch file. In the properties of the shortcut,
on the layout tab, set the Window Position to some number that is
outside the visible area of the screen (like 4096x4096). Change the
scheduled task to run the shortcut instead of the batch file directly.

I have a scheduled task that runs a .bat file every 20 minutes. Its
starting to get annoying popping up on the screen while we are trying to
use the system. Does anyone know of a way to make the action run
minimized?

Jim
