Power fluctuations? Are they on the same circuit?

Subject: OT: Computers Freezing

I know this is Off Topic, but I hope someone might give me any idea.

I have 3 similar computers from different locations that suddenly started
freezing. They'll freeze booting windows, starting to run the windows setup,
even tried linux setup just to see what happened and it happens the same. I
swapped the memories, processors and disks with good ones, and same thing
happens.

I would normally suspect problems in the motherboard, but its very strange
because it just started to happen in the 3 +/- at the same time.

Any thoughts appreciated!
