Hi,

I ran into a great outage last week.  It appears the filter driver on
Trends AV solution literally hung 19 remote DC's.  I engage ROSS Support
with MS and literally, through the process of elimination, determined
this.

My question here is - has anyone ran into this before?  If so, what did
you do?  If not, what AV are others running?

I have only ran Sophos and Norton before with great success.
