It will work internally on my local network subnet, but not when I come in from outside using its external IP

How about in the server's event log? What errors do you see there?

Hi All, still haveing a nightmare with OWA on my SBS 2K I installes Software Update Service which installs the IIS lockdown, and I have been through KB 309508, and have uninstalled IIS lockdown, and have reinstalled Exchange SP3, but I still cannot get into OWA.
I now get into the page, can see most of the buttons and beginnings of the folder list, but then it asks for my password again, and eventually gives me the access denied message. Can anyone shed any light on this or is it a case of reinstalling?
