Yeah, we use Brooktrouts with a T1 tied into the PBX switch which is nice.
I'd like a product that will let me archive old faxes but can still be
searchable later if I need to find evidence... oops, I mean an old fax.
Like an Outlook .PST file.

I have used GFI Faxmaker which was nice.
I currently use FacSys which is nice as well. We receive around 800 faxes a
day and this product does the job quite well.

You will want to make sure that what ever product you buy supports the fax
card you have now. If you are using a Brooktrout, pretty much everyone will
support that.

Our support for Rightfax from Captaris has run out and our product is
reaching its end of life. Before I got the new version of Rightfax, I'd
like to see if anybody had any recommendations on some other products.
