Sorry I didn't respond earlier, I took Friday off for some R&R.

The product itself does its job well but we have had strange experiences
with it...

The email notifications were not going to the sender so I addressed it with
them and they had me uninstall then reinstall the latest version of Panda
Administrator.  From that point on I had the following problems:
Notifications still not sending - which I determined was probably down to
the Content Checking sitting in front of the Exchange Server.  Still
outstanding.
Updates not running as scheduled - this was finally fixed last week after
installing the Server Protection, setting the schedule, then removing the
Server Protection.  very strange but who cares if it works right?

Tech Support is extremely responsive and call me if there is an outstanding
issue that I have not had time to deal with.
