For some reason, when choosing to duplicate a user account in AD (using the COPY method), the "DESCRIPTION" field does not get copied to the new account. I looked on MS web site (http://www.microsoft.com/technet/treeview/default.asp?url=/technet/prodtech nol/windowsserver2003/proddocs/standard/DSAdminCopyUser.asp) and it does mention to enable the attribute for the Description field through the Schema. I logged on as a Schema Admin and the option "Attribute is copied when duplicating user" is grayed out. I can modify any attribute except this one.
