Try doing a cold reset.  That brings EVERYTHING back to factory defaults.  To do this 
turn the printer off and then hold the 2 middle buttons to the LEFT.  Then turn the 
printer on and wait till it says COLD RESET.  Remember you will need to know the IP of 
the printer, in most cases.  I did one the other day but it kept the IP config.  Also 
you can pull the Nic out and then do the cold reset

This would be where you can print the system configurations off of the

I'm digging through HP's support, and so far all I've found is "Contact your
