To answer my own question, Loop.sys is included on c:\windows\Driver cache\i386\driver.cab.
I had upgraded this laptop from Winxp to Win2k03, and it looks like the add hardware wizard was looking at the wrong inf for installation instructions on where to install the driver from. I go through the add hardware prompts, and then I get to the dialog which prompts me to enter the cd to find loop.sys. Loop.sys (or loop.sy_) is not on the enterprise version of the cd. Can anyone get me a copy of this?
