I am trying to migrate 1000+ users from my original Windows NT 4.0 SP6 server (PDC) on the LIBRARY domain to my new WINDOWS 2003 server SMCCHS domain - using Active Directory Migration Tool - I get an error when I go to migrate user - ACCESS IS DENIED (ERROR CODE=5 DOMAIN=LIBRARY) I am logged on as administrator on both servers - I have searched and I believe I have a policy issue on the LIBRARY PDC - Can anyone steer me in the right direction - thanks for all your help
