Try using www.checkdns.org, that will give you the results that the
world sees. It's not unusual for an ISP to claim that "it's not us."
But if One Protocol is not the ISP in charge of that domain, and you
find the DNS records are wrong, can't you either change the MX record
yourself or get your own ISP to change it?

We moved their mail hosting from One Protocol to our mail hosting server
about 3 months ago - they cannot receive email from one of their clients
located in NH. The client sending the emails does not get any error
message
and was able to send prior to the move. I checked with their mailhost -
and
he was not able to send to my client or my address (listed below). I
have
all email filtering turn off on this account. All other mails are coming
through including mail from this domain, only from a different branch
office - which uses a different SMTP. I checked and our mail server is
not
listed on the RBL (real-time blacklist) for known spamming servers. I
called
One Protocol and they claimed their DNS records appear fine. It appears
to
me that the MX is not updating on their mailserver, for our DNS and is
sending it to the old DNS at One Protocol. Does this seem logical - and
has
anyone experienced and or seen this before?

Well, post your question, we get into a fair amount of DNS stuff.

Does anyone know of a good list for DNS and hosting issues. I have a
client
that cannot receive email from one particular mail server.
