Subject: Dell Latitude laptop and Win 2k

have a strange problem... just formatted a Dell Latitude cpx 450 with win2k
and every other reboot windows would hang trying to load, so I switched out
harddrives , tried it again and like clock work every other reboot hung so I
even took the harddrive out and and memory and popped them into a completely
different laptop, even tried with one memory stick out and the other in and
vice versa, even re-formatted again, and like clockwork ever other reboot
fails, even switched the docking stations... am I going insane
