Dumb problem - (not sure how it happened)....the all users start menu is corrupt on a win2k sp4 plain jane, fresh install. I think the install of NAVCE client, then reboot may have juiced it up. How can I rebuild this start menu when it does not give me access to is (corrupt) and cannot delete (system folder)? Do I need to boot with ERD2000 by sysinternals, get to command prompt and delete that way? I was then going to copy the start menu from another PC to replace.
