Thanks for the tip, but robocopy does not seem to get file ownership, thus the quotas would not "transfer" over. Any other ideas?

Robocopy from the resource kit is an easy way of migrating files (complete
with ntfs permissions) from one disk or server to another.
I don't know about the quotas so can't comment
