You can use shutdown.exe (ex. shutdown \\COMPUTER /c) for other switches you can ofcourse use shutdown /?

Is there a way to force people to log off a machine or force a shut down? i.e. DOS
command or windows command that I can use to force a log off or shutdown of a pc.
