Admin Report Kit (ARK) (shareware) does it, although I bet AD can do it as
well (been using ARK too long... :-).

is there a tool that can be used to tell me which user accounts in User
Manager for Domains are active and can access the Domain.... meaning.. we
have a boat load of user acccounts, but a lot of them are disabled, and I
was wondering how I would go about getting a list of all active accounts
