Do u get a static or a dynamic ip from ur ISP
if dynamic than provide a static ip to the other server
at the same time try and install netbios on the other machines so that they
can use netbios than ip in case of problems with ip addressing.
And if possible try not using any hub between the source and the destination
i,e. the isp to servers (local) as hub will broadcast each query made which
is a wastage of time and resources till u have some good reasons to retain
ur hub.
