Not sure if this has been discussed.... I've been running an AD domain now for a little over a year. My HR department Sucks, and never tells me about half of the people who quit or get fired. So now I have a list of over 150 user, and computer names in my AD that are not used. I have to go down the list and delete/disable the accounts. I'm wondering if there is a way to automate the process. Something like "if an account isn't used for more then 45 days disable it" or "if an account is disabled for 30 days delete it" I'm not sure if a script can do this, and I'm not sure how I could tell how long an account was disabled. Any info would be appreciated.
