The fix is in CVS. Please let me know if there would be still a problem.

The file creation performance improved only 20% but I think we can live 
with this compromise ;-) (i.e. I've never seen ntfs-3g being so fast in 
file creation!) Pre-2.6.15 kernel compatibility is also kept.
