Changes from v2: - Moves ioctl support into libntfs-3g (thanks to Jean-Pierre André). - This now assumes ioctl support in fuse-lite, and so requires a non-upstream patch from Jean-Pierre André (or you can use ./configure --with-fuse=external). - Now reads /sys/block/<dev>/queue/discard_granularity and /sys/block/<dev>/queue/discard_max_bytes and tries not to make discard requests which would exceed these limits. - I rewrote the loop which iterates over the bitmap to make it a bit clearer.
