This does not yield an ntfs image interface, you will not be able to mount it as ntfs, and this does not look like an mbr either. What were your commands to : "3, make this new disk online and format it(MBR+NTFS)" As you mention the MBR, you might have wanted to create a partitioned image, with an ntfs partition inside, but this is not what is shown above.
