I found the 2019 version at https://partedmagic.com/parted-magic-cddvd/
but the author is now charging 11 bucks for the iso file and 12 bucks
for it on DVD media.
Which is not too bad really.
Apparently, the author does not accept paypal :(
They have no email addy.

You can easily extract product key if it is in the registry as the link above promises. I have pointed to a Linux tool which can read/modify Windows Registry in precious email.
