I was able to recompile ntfs-3g by defining all the cache sizes except CACHE_SECURID_SIZE as 0. But it seems securid cache cannot be disabled. So I have one more dumb question for you. Can you please tell me why is that? I'm also not sure what type of data/files are stored in the different caches. So, it would be great if you can point me to some kind of documentation about ntfs-3g internals, if any. Thanks again!
