I think my texexec.ini is correct and "texexec --verbose confirms it" :
there is no option : -progname=mpost!
What do I have to do?

PS : another question : in LaTeX I used 8-bit characters (for ���....). Is
there the same in ConTeXt?

there are two ways to get this right (assuming that you run a not too old
texexec)
(1) enable write 18 in the tex related setup file as well as in
cont-sys.tex [see rme file]
(2) run mp afterwards, i.e. use texexec that does it for you (there is now
a switch --automp)
if (1) and (2) fail:
(3) try "texexec --mptex essai2-mpgraph.mp"
