Good news for windows users: Fabrice has succesfully ported the mmafm and
mmpfb to win32 platforms. This means that 'texfont' now supports multiple
master instance creation on both win and linux. [the type-buy.dat file
contains an entry for generating instances for myriad, so "texfont
--ven=adobe --col=myriad type-buy.dat" will generate a basic set]
