\setupinteraction[openaction=ResetForm]
is default, but since the adobe doesn't seem to get the initiazation order
right, this fails on your file; actually from now on i default to
\setupinteraction[state=start,openaction=]
[and openaction is empty in the new release of context; from acrobat
version 5 onwards there is a catch {} try {} available]
