You may want to have a look at my xdesc module (eXtended
DESCriptions). It is still work in-progress and available at
http://digilander.iol.it/bilotta/giuseppe/xdesc.zip

Note that there is a patched TeXUtil there, and it must be used to
replace the one coming with ConTeXt itself.
