I have also been trying to find the right manuals to read:-
MS-CB-EN.PDF "ConTeXt an excursion" has some useful things in it
bibmod.pdf has the commands for bibliography but I have not used it yet
1998-001.pdf "Context up to date 1998/1" has some commands in it!
up-008-s.pdf "Automatic Tables" have some table commands that I haven't yet
used

Drawings need at least:-
metafun-p.pdf "metafun" an excellent manual on the drawing extension
commands by Hans Hagen
Metapost manual "A User's Manual for MetaPost" is also good

Fonts:-
mfonts.pdf
mtexfont.pdf

I also do not know whether I have seen all that there is.
