You're right, Hraban, I did not have that afm2tfm.exe in my bin\win32 directory which is weird because it IS on the TeXLive CD in the \bin\win32\ directory and TeXLive did the installation on my HD...
Anyway I copied it now and next time that I need it it'll be there!
