I don't know if there is already a similar resource online (or if it is even useful), but I have written a python script which, given any number of *.enc files, produces a tabular representation of the encodings, side-by-side, in html.
Here is a sample result: http://home.salamander.com/~wmcclain/encoding.html. The python script is at: http://home.salamander.com/~wmcclain/encoding.html. In return, can anyone point me to an online (Adobe?) document which lists all the possible character names used in postscript, such as are listed in the encodings? -Bill
