I had. My 21 November, 2001, manual doesn't list the 'pagecommand'
option. I actually went and read the code to try and find one but,
between not speaking Dutch and not being /that/ good a TeX yet...
I went and looked at the website but there isn't an indication of the
version of the manual. Hans, this would make it *much* easier to tell if
I should update my manual.

Could I use the '6pt\dotfill' construct in any (or most) commands that
take a distance? I presume that this is just a ConTeXt thing, not a TeX
thing, yes?
