I'm trying to make a tall thin page with text rotated, as on the spine
of a book. This almost works:
\definepapersize[Spine][height=0.5625in, width=9in]
\setuppapersize[Spine,270][Spine,landscape]
The text is oriented correctly, and I can tell by the background color
that it is trying to make a page 0.5625in wide. However, the pdf
document is really 9x9in, rather than the 0.5625in wide 9in tall page I
would like.
Can this be done with \setuppapersize, or other means? Do I have to use
metapost?
