I organized a newsletter along the lines of
``The PDFTeX User manual'' with a clickable (interactive)
TOC at the top of the first page of text. I
colored the TOC entries blue to indicate that
they were pointers to various sections. However
the first two items came out red instead of blue!

I finally figured out that those two items appeared on
the same page as the TOC so that coloring them blue
would be trivial.

For the sake of esthetics I would still like to
color them blue. Any hints on how to do that?

Here are snippets of my present code:

\setupcolors[state=start]
\setupinteraction[state=start,color=blue]
...
\setuplist
  [section]
  [criterium=all,
   interaction=all,
   width=2em,
   alternative=a]
