In type-buy.dat you will find the command line arguments for texfont and
myriad:

--so=adobe/myriad --weight=400 --width=600 MyriadMM
--so=adobe/myriad --weight=700 --width=600 MyriadMM
--so=adobe/myriad --weight=400 --width=600 MyriadMM-It
--so=adobe/myriad --weight=700 --width=600 MyriadMM-It

--ve=adobe --co=myriad --so=adobe/myriad --ma --in MyriadMM-we*
--ve=adobe --co=myriad --so=adobe/myriad --ma --in MyriadMM-It-we*

--ve=adobe --co=myriad --so=adobe/myriad --sl=* MyriadMM-we*
--ve=adobe --co=myriad --so=adobe/myriad --ca=* MyriadMM-we*

the typescript file entries look like:

\starttypescript [sans] [myriad] [name]

   \definefontsynonym [Sans]            [Myriad]
   \definefontsynonym [SansBold]        [MyriadBold]
   \definefontsynonym [SansItalic]      [MyriadItalic]
   \definefontsynonym [SansBoldItalic]  [MyriadBoldItalic]
   \definefontsynonym [SansSlanted]     [MyriadItalic]
   \definefontsynonym [SansBoldSlanted] [MyriadBoldItalic]
   \definefontsynonym [SansCaps]        [Myriad]

\stoptypescript

\starttypescript [sans] [myriad] [texnansi,ec,8r]

   \definefontsynonym
[Myriad]           [\typefaceencoding-myriadmm-weight-400-width-600]
[encoding=\typefaceencoding]
   \definefontsynonym
[MyriadBold]       [\typefaceencoding-myriadmm-weight-700-width-600]
[encoding=\typefaceencoding]
   \definefontsynonym
[MyriadItalic]     [\typefaceencoding-myriadmm-it-weight-400-width-600]
[encoding=\typefaceencoding]
   \definefontsynonym [MyriadBoldItalic]
[\typefaceencoding-myriadmm-it-weight-700-width-600]
[encoding=\typefaceencoding]

\stoptypescript

combined with lucida one gets (in a style file):

\definetypeface [mainface] [ss]
   [sans]  [myriad] [default] [encoding=texnansi]
\definetypeface [mainface] [rm]
   [serif] [lucida] [default] [encoding=texnansi,rscale=.9]
\definetypeface [mainface] [tt]
   [mono]  [cmr]    [default] [encoding=default, rscale=1.05]
\definetypeface [mainface] [mm]
   [math]  [lucida] [default] [encoding=texnansi,rscale=.9]

When i bought those fonts, i found out that it was a 400 HFL crappy font
distribution with missing amfm files; i finally tracked down the right
files with google (search for the filenames);

Fabrice compiled the conversion binaries for windows, so these are now part
of fptex an dshould work ok with texfont.
