i could work if you use the commmand line like "start someprogram" method, 
i.e. launch a program that runs on its own, you can for instance use 
\goto{...}[program(somefile.bat)]

i assume that you are familiar with chained actions: 
\goto{...}[nextpage,program(something),...]
