Further to this problem I notice that the "Fit Visible" on many of my
ConTeXt documents does not select the correct area. In my current working
document it appears to be the correct size but 1 inch to the left. On other
documents I have lost the ability to see the top half of the page when
selecting "Fit Visible" which is the best option for screen viewing "paper"
documents.
