I tried to put a small part:
\startlanguagespecifics[\s!fr]
\definesortkey {\'E}{e}{e}{e}
\definesortkey {\'e}{e}{e}{e}
\definesortkey {�}{e}{e}{e}
\definesortkey {233}{e}{e}{e}
\stoplanguagespecifics
in enco-ffr.tex. I remade the format and it didn't change anything... As
you see, I tried serveral way to define the first arg.
