From the definitions of legends you may deduce that you miss a column -)

\definetabulate
   [\e!legenda]
   [|emj1|i1|mR|]

\setuptabulate
   [\e!legenda]
   [\c!eenheid=.75em,\c!binnen=\setquicktabulate\leg,EQ={=}]

\definetabulate
   [\e!legenda][\v!twee]
   [|emj1|emk1|i1|mR|]

\definetabulate
   [\e!gegeven]
   [|R|ecmj1|i1mR|]

\setuptabulate
   [\e!gegeven]
   [\c!eenheid=.75em,\c!binnen=\setquicktabulate\geg,EQ={=}]

So, you can define your own kind of tabulations!
