I want to set up a book 5.5 x 8.5 with .5in margins left and right. During the development process I want to be able to print it on US standard 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper.
Here is my current prologue (I have tried several): \setupoutput[pdftex] \definepapersize[bok][width=5.5in,height=8.5in] \setuppapersize[bok][letter] \setuplayout[marginwidth=.5in,location=middle]
\setuplayout[....,width=middle]
(location=middle centers on the paper)
