(after quite some time)
I've recently downloaded the special-s.pdf and there
is an example in Romanian. Now the question: How did
you do the \c{t} and the \c{s} there to use the comma
and not the cedilla? Because in the "standard"
romanian (old typesetting way) these letter used to
have comma and not cedilla (like now when using M$
Word)
