It was in TeXLive/bin/win32-static and now I copied it to the regular
TeXLive/bin/win32.
Then again I executed the commands you recommended (with aleph as eomega),
and tried to texexec my file afterwards,
but again it didn't work.
The process stopped with a "*" - see log below.
Could you have a look, please?
