OK, then, Iâll do it...and I did it...and itâs kind of sweet.  There are
some problems however:

1.  Not all symbols have a TeX equivant that I know about.  If anyone is
    interested, please do go through the vector, looking for
    \unknowncharâs and substitute in the appropriate TeX sequence.

2.  Many negated operators are traditionally written using \not.  The
    Unicode transformations donât work with sequences like these.  I
    donât know enough about the Unicode vector transformations to
    assertain how to solve this problem.  Can someone perhaps tell me
    how to solve this issue?
