I’m afraid I’m not getting anything different.

Here is the source:

  \nopdfcompression
  \starttext
  \null
  \stoptext

"context --purgeall --userpassword=foo a" outputs
https://pdf.ousia.tk/enc.pdf.

"context --purgeall a" outputs https://pdf.ousia.tk/non-enc.pdf.

MuPDF-GL version 1.19 shows no encryption at all.

I wonder whether there has been an LMTX update or something else that
I’m missing (Linux64).
