Hi, I'm a bit puzzled by the mkiv setuphead command of ConTeXt!
The space before and after the subject command can usually be set by the before and after arguments of the setuphead command. Now I'd like to have no vertical space before and after the header. I've tried just that by setting either before= and after= and before=\blank[none] and after=\blank[none]. But none of these seem to work. Any idea?
