I was testing the PDF document that was created when running 
«testing-tagging.tex» with ConTeXt  ver: 2025.04.01 12:45 LMTX.

As you reported below «lpdf-tag-imp-testing.lmt» was missing, and thus the 
Figure tags were missing, I assume.

But what do you mean by «lpdf-tag-imp-testing.lmt should be reached by ConTeXt»?
Where should I place it?
