What do you mean with a template?
LaTeX document classes are completely unrelated and hardly convertible
to ConTeXt.
ConTeXt makes it relatively easy to create your own layout, that why
there are nearly no ready-made ones.
I’m not aware of anything special for screenplays. I’d look into
“descriptions”.
